We are currently recruiting for the Business Performance & Operational Risk area:

Aligned with the Company's strategic plan, this Area ensures information and decision support for the Management team. It actively participates in key projects aimed at optimizing the monitoring of management information and Operations KPIs, seeks to identify the root causes of deviations, and provides ad-hoc analyses oriented towards strategic and operational decisions. The goal is to transform data into actionable information.

The Business Performance & Operational Risk Area aims not only to improve the Customer experience through the understanding of observed indicators and trends, but is also a relevant player in identifying points for improvement, which will allow for a gain in process efficiency.

The profile to be recruited should have analytical skills and project management experience, combining critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, to achieve a global vision of the key drivers that impact business evolution.

• Participate in key projects aimed at optimizing the monitoring of management information and Operations KPIs, whether at the level of procedural improvements or data quality.
• Identify new opportunities for analytics projects, automation, or innovative solutions alongside various areas.
• Ensure the production of relevant information for stakeholders in the Operations areas, monitoring the performance of key drivers for the Non-Life, Health, and Life insurance business through the production of periodic reports.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses according to Business needs.
• Guarantee timely reporting to External Entities (ASF and APS) with the necessary data quality.
• Identify new information needs, defining functional requirements in coordination with business areas, designing new reports or dashboards, and promoting their implementation.
• Analyze, understand, and have the ability to communicate the main constraints of one or several subjects/themes, proposing an appropriate path for their transformation.
