We are currently recruiting for the Médis Services Operations area:

• We are looking for General and Family Medicine Physicians to join the clinical team at Médis Serviços de Saúde (MSS), specifically within the Online Medical Service, a digital solution from MSS that ensures accessible, safe, and high-quality healthcare for our users.
  The healthcare professional will be responsible for conducting teleconsultations, remote clinical follow-up, and integration into digital health programs, contributing to a modern, efficient, and user-centered medical experience.

• Perform General and Family Medicine teleconsultations, ensuring high clinical quality standards and user experience;
• Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and follow up on clinical situations compatible with the digital format;
• Record clinical information in a complete, rigorous manner and in accordance with defined clinical standards;
• Collaborate with the Clinical Management in complying with clinical guidelines and best practices;
• Issue prescriptions, statements, and clinical guidance according to defined criteria and the legal framework;
• Participate, when relevant, in digital health programs and integrated clinical journeys;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the service by signaling opportunities for evolution and best practices;
• Ensure empathetic, clear, and user-centered communication, promoting the therapeutic relationship in the digital context.
