We are currently recruiting for the Médis Services Operations area:

General and Family Medicine Doctors - In-person and Telemedicine (M/F/D)

• We are looking for General and Family Medicine Doctors to join the Médis Clinics team, in in-person, digital, or hybrid service models, within the scope of the Médis Family Doctor program and the Online Medical Service;
• The Médis Family Doctor is responsible for accompanying clients on their global health journey, promoting healthy lifestyle habits, performing disease follow-up, referring to other specialties or complementary diagnostic means when necessary, and facilitating client navigation within the Médis health network;
• The Online Medical Service is a digital solution from MSS that ensures accessible, secure, and high-quality healthcare to our users;
• The healthcare professional will be responsible for conducting consultations and teleconsultations, remote clinical follow-up, and integration into digital health programs, contributing to a modern, efficient, and user-centered medical experience.
• Perform General and Family Medicine consultations and teleconsultations, ensuring high standards of clinical quality and user experience;
• Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and follow up on clinical situations compatible with the in-person and/or digital format;
• Collaborate with the Clinical Management in complying with clinical guidelines and best practices;
• Issue prescriptions, statements, and clinical guidance according to defined criteria and the legal framework.
