We are currently recruiting for the Operations area:

Audit and Survey Support Administrator (m/f/d)

• Integrated into the Materials & Assistance Providers team, you should ensure operational support to the Automobile Audit and Surveyor Management functions, ensuring technical analysis and monitoring the service quality of surveying and repair processes, in coordination with internal areas and external partners.

• Ensure the screening and pre-analysis of complaints associated with repair or surveying failures.
  Support the updating and communication of technical procedures, specifically those to be executed by Surveyors and Audit teams.
• Analyze failure patterns (procedural, technical, and financial loss), identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization, as well as ensuring proper reporting to management.
• Maintain regular contact with internal claims settlement teams, through various channels, clarifying doubts, providing information on the evolution of the process, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the entire claims journey.
• Ensure the proper filing and registration of informative elements (reports, provider responses, others) necessary for analysis and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with defined service levels and quality objectives.
• Ensure the regular registration of financial loss situations in the insurer's Loss Database.
  
  

We are looking for dedicated people, with a spirit of initiative and proactivity, with the ability to work in a team and with an openness to accept a new challenge:

• 12th Year of schooling, Professional Course in the Administrative, Management, or equivalent area.
• Valued is complementary training in insurance.
• Experience of 1 to 3 years in administrative functions.
• Experience in the insurance sector, specifically in claims management or automobile surveying, will be valued.
