Analytics IT Support Technician (m/f/d)

- Experience in application support, service desk, or similar roles, ideally in BI/data environments

- Solid knowledge of Power BI (reports, dashboards, data models, DAX)

- Experience in SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, performance optimization)

- Knowledge of SSIS (design, maintenance, and troubleshooting of data integration packages)

- Knowledge of incident & problem management processes and monitoring tools

- Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

- Good communication skills with business users

- Experience in the automotive sector? A valuable extra — but not mandatory

- Fluency in Portuguese and good communication skills in English.

What is it Like to Be an Analytics IT Support Technician?

- Ensure support for Power BI reports, data models, and integration processes, guaranteeing the timely resolution of incidents

- Analyze, diagnose, and correct issues in SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and SSIS packages that feed business reports

- Monitor the execution of data jobs and pipelines, anticipating failures and ensuring the quality and integrity of the reported information

- Register, classify, and escalate incidents according to incident & problem management processes, complying with defined SLAs

- Collaborate closely with the Development and QA teams on problem resolution and the implementation of improvements

- Contribute to the documentation of processes, support procedures, and troubleshooting best practices.
