At this moment, we are recruiting for the Compensation & Benefits area:

• Develop and implement compensation and benefits initiatives, ensuring a comprehensive analysis of roles and the application of competitive and market-aligned policies, with the aim of attracting, motivating, and retaining employees, promoting strategic alignment and organizational sustainability.
• Analyze and support the implementation of compensation and benefits programs, as well as the development of analyses for C&B programs, providing an overview of market trends and other relevant information (such as gender equality, MYB,...) important for business decision-making.
• Perform Job Evaluations within the scope of the Job Family Model, ensuring governance and associated processes to ensure compliance with standards and acting as one of those responsible for the application of the model.
• Support annual C&B processes, namely salary reviews and bonuses, leading certain activities in collaboration with different areas to ensure alignment and consistency in the deadlines of each stage of the process.
• Support the design of salary bands, ensuring they are economically viable, internally fair, and externally competitive, contributing to the strategic pillar of being an employer of choice, as well as providing data and information to top management for specific strategic roles.
• Support the creation of recruitment packages and mobility offers, as well as ensuring their respective approval and follow-up with the different involved areas.
