Analysis and Reporting Technician | Via Directa

Via Directa, a company of the Fidelidade Group, is looking for an analysis and reporting technician for the Growth Dynamics team, within the Client Development Department. This team is integrated into the commercial area and has the objectives of creating and controlling business KPIs, but also creating commercial initiatives aimed at business dynamization. Thus, we are looking for a person with knowledge of Excel and data analysis, with a passion for the commercial area, with resilience, perseverance, and the ability to work under pressure.

• Creation of Commercial Initiatives, definition of requirements, implementation, and measurement of results;
• Control of business KPIs, control of deviations, and definition of actions to correct them;
• Creation of operational KPIs for the different areas of the DCD (contact center, stores, and backoffice);
• Creation of presentations in a structured manner, whether for new initiatives, presentations of analyses/results, or KPIs;
• Analysis of results from all VD channels, characterization and sales volume, premiums, ratios, etc.
