• Analyze and underwrite property risks, specifically Property Damage and Business Interruption, evaluating the main exposures and risk factors;
• Analyze technical and financial information relevant to risk assessment, including engineering reports and prevention recommendations;
• Define acceptance conditions, coverages, deductibles, limits, and other contractual conditions, in accordance with defined policies and delegation levels;
• Perform risk quotations within assigned competencies, ensuring the proper balance between risk, price, and coverage conditions;
• Participate in the analysis and negotiation of new business and renewals, contributing to the quality and profitability of the portfolio;
• Support the analysis of larger or more complex risks, in coordination with the Risk Engineering and Reinsurance areas;
• Monitor the evolution of risks and the implementation of prevention recommendations, whenever applicable;
• Participate in meetings and negotiations with brokers and corporate clients, contributing to the definition of the best insurance solutions;
• Collaborate in the analysis of the portfolio and in the identification of opportunities to improve its technical performance;
• Monitor, when necessary, the analysis of relevant claims, in coordination with the involved areas.

Lisbon

Join a specialized team in the underwriting of property risks within the Large Corporate segment, participating in the analysis, structuring, and underwriting of high-scale and complex risks, with a focus on the balance between technical quality, commercial competitiveness, and portfolio profitability.

We are looking for someone with insurance experience and the ability to evolve in a technical underwriting context of complex risks, working in close coordination with commercial, risk engineering, reinsurance, claims, and broker areas.
