Analysis and Reporting Technician | Fidelidade

Integrated into the Projects functional area of the Commercial and Banking Directorate (DCB), we are looking for an Analysis and Reporting Technician, with a hybrid profile that combines analytical and management capabilities, being able to transform data into information for decision support and, simultaneously, monitor strategic initiatives and projects with an impact on the business and the relationship with the Bank.
This role represents an opportunity for professionals who value both data analysis and management indicators as well as active participation in the coordination, monitoring, and implementation of transformation and continuous improvement projects.

• Participate in strategic planning, in order to guide the mission and activity in the medium term, ensuring, in a dynamic manner, its respective evaluation and update
• Participate in the planning, preparation, progress monitoring, and control of the budget plan, providing support for decisions regarding it
• Define and update the management indicators model, as well as produce and disseminate management dashboards and/or relevant statistics for the DCB
• Produce business analyses and executive reporting, transforming data into relevant information for management
• Monitor, prioritize, and follow up on strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and defined objectives
• Manage and monitor the operationalization of the internal monitoring tool for the business generated by the DCB commercial teams
• Identify process optimization opportunities, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
