Accounting Technician - Paço de Arcos

We are looking for an Accounting Technician to join our team at the headquarters in Paço de Arcos. If you enjoy the financial area, have attention to detail, and want to apply your accounting knowledge in a dynamic and growing business context, this is your opportunity!

• General Accounting: Execute accounting entries and reconciliations, ensuring the accuracy of financial information and compliance with the Accounting Standardization System (SNC).

• Financial Statements: Prepare, analyze, and monitor financial statements, ensuring data reliability and full compliance with current accounting standards.

• Taxation: Ensure compliance with the company's tax obligations, including the calculation and reporting of VAT, IRC, IES, and other mandatory contributions, within legal deadlines.

• Accounting Closing: Participate in monthly and annual accounting closing processes, ensuring the reliability and transparency of the data.

•  Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial and accounting information;
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.

• High sense of rigor, organization, and attention to detail;
• Good communication and collaboration skills with different areas of the organization;
• Autonomy, proactivity, and priority management;

• This position is based in Paço de Arcos, Portugal, with excellent access and just a few minutes from Lisbon.
