Procurement Technician | Fidelidade

Fidelidade intends to strengthen its Procurement Department with a professional oriented towards categories, strategic sourcing, negotiation, and value creation with business areas, who will act as a partner to the business areas, defining sourcing strategies and ensuring the best relationship between cost, risk, quality, deadline, and value for each expenditure category, for the production of management information, monitoring of financial performance, and support for the Group's planning and decision-making processes.

WHAT IS THE CHALLENGE?

• Understand the needs of internal areas and clarify requirements before launching processes:
• Challenge requirements, identify alternatives, and propose optimization opportunities;
• Define category and sourcing strategies, including market approach, evaluation criteria, and negotiation strategy;
• Conduct market consultations, analysis of proposals, and negotiations with suppliers;
• Evaluate suppliers and solutions from a technical, commercial, operational, regulatory, and risk perspective;
• Prepare clear, well-founded, and auditable award recommendations;
• Develop a partnership relationship with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and decision quality;
• Identify opportunities for value creation, efficiency, supplier rationalization, and risk mitigation.
