Strengthen the Motor Underwriting team, integrated into the Large Corporate Directorate, which has the mission to evaluate, underwrite, and manage the mitigation of risk for complex fleets, where each client requires a solution designed to measure and a strategic vision aimed at the profitability and sustainability of the motor portfolio.

• Analyze, evaluate, and rate risks for large-scale and complex motor fleets;
• Continuous monitoring of portfolio performance (Frequency, severity, loss ratio);
• Technical and commercial negotiation with large intermediaries and corporate clients;
• Definition of technical conditions, with a great focus on tailor-made solutions;
• Creation of data for responses to clients and/or partners, with a great focus on Excel and Enterprise Sas Guide.

IF YOU ARE SOMEONE WHO HAS...

• Knowledge of data analysis and fleet pricing;
• Mastery of the Legal Regime of Motor Insurance (Motor Directive (EU) 2021/2118 and Decree-Law no. 26/2025 and complementary legislation);
• Strategic and business vision;
• Technical rigor combined with commercial pragmatism;
• Decision-making capacity in high-risk and competitive contexts;
• Minimum experience of 5 to 10 years in motor underwriting, large client management, and knowledge of the Portuguese market.
