Requirements

What we're looking for

Training in Nursing or Social Work (preferred);
Proven experience, minimum 2 years, in the context of supporting elderly people or technical coordination of social responses;
Practice in articulation with users and families, case follow-up, and use of CRM tools (valued);
Experience in recruitment and selection processes, preferably in the home care area;
Capacity for operational leadership and follow-up of external teams;
Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, and decision-making capacity;
Resilient profile, with ease in managing demanding contexts and unforeseen events;

Nice to have

Good communication skills and proficiency in English, spoken and written.

The role

What you'll do

Work leads from potential clients;
Present our differentiating value proposition and services through a commercial approach for client conversion;
Manage and follow up on the client portfolio, ensuring their satisfaction and the quality of the service provided;
Identify needs and expectations, proposing personalized solutions;
Ensure the management of occurrences and a timely response to each situation;
Recruit, select, and evaluate providers/caregivers for home care;
Coordinate teams and supervise the technical quality of the care provided;
Define, implement, and monitor individual care plans, promoting the well-being of users;
Maintain a close and trusting relationship with seniors and their respective families;
Identify complementary services that strengthen the integrated response to the client;
Ensure administrative tasks associated with the role (records, requests, telephone assistance, follow-up visits, and case management).
