FinEasy, a new company dedicated to credit intermediation, results from a partnership that combines the experience and technical knowledge of Reorganiza, one of the main national references in the financial sector, with the solidity and presence of Fidelidade throughout the territory, giving rise to a specialized network focused on supporting families in accessing simple, transparent, and competitive credit solutions.
Aligned with FinEasy's expansion strategy and the integration of new partners throughout the country, we need to strengthen the team with a commercial manager (network dynamizer), who will reinforce the brand's presence in the central zone.

• Ensure technical/commercial support and assist in dynamizing the relationship with the Credit Intermediary network, with the aim of empowering it with greater autonomy to meet defined objectives, ensuring assistance in resolving difficulties demonstrated by the network;
• Collaborate in the monitoring and control of the assigned network's financing objectives in order to guarantee results;
• Critically analyze the results of the assigned network, contributing to the definition of improvement initiatives;
• Identify technical training needs and compliance with procedures;
• Provide support to Fidelidade employees who wish to use Credit Intermediation services;
• Provide administrative support to the Executive Committee, whether in the preparation of internal documents or in the relationship with the network and the lenders with whom the network has a relationship;
• Promote compliance and ensure the monitoring of monthly royalty collections;
• Ensure the compliance of the assigned network's actions with current acceptance norms and rules;
• Collaborate in the implementation of new projects and their dynamization within the assigned network;
• Enhance the use of IT tools available to the network, providing technical assistance when possible, or forwarding requests to the tool providers.

IF YOU ARE SOMEONE WHO HAS...

• A Bachelor's degree;
• Experience in the insurance, banking, or credit intermediation sector;
• Excellent communication;
• Proactivity and dynamism;
• Result orientation;
• Ability to work effectively in a team and with different stakeholders;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• Commitment to professional ethics and confidentiality.
