Business Analyst

• Contribute to the definition and production of Customer Service KPIs, helping to translate

  business needs into data terminology and requirements and monitoring their performance;

• Have in-depth knowledge of the data, including that produced by core Customer Service tools, and compile and prepare relevant data to enable the development of analyses for decision support;

• Work with my Challenge teams to identify the operational processes and decisions that must be supported by data;

• Lead, autonomously, the production of exploratory analyses and simple data solutions;

• Analyze and interpret data, using statistical and/or data analytics tools, to identify relevant trends, correlations, and patterns, and generate insights that add value;

• Prepare dashboards and reports for management support, ensuring the availability, visualization, and reporting of insights in a concise, clear, and reliable manner, suitable to business needs;

• Work closely with my Data BP/Project Manager to identify the best way to develop, together with the Data Squad, the solution(s) that respond to the area's needs, and align prioritization, ensuring maximum impact and efficiency, as well as coherence with KPIs.

• Academic background at bachelor's or master's degree level, preferably in the areas of Management, Economics, Mathematics, or similar;

• Professional experience between 4 to 5 years in relevant roles;

• Proactivity and a sense of responsibility;

• Strong analytical capacity and strategic vision;

• Capacity for autonomy, resilience, and decision-making;

• Ease of interpersonal relationships and teamwork;

• Excellent communication, influence, and information management skills;

• Advanced level of English, spoken and written.
