WHAT IS THE MISSION OF FIDELIDADE AGENCIES?

WHAT IS THE ROLE OF THE SALES CONSULTANT?
The Sales Consultant's main mission is to provide excellent service and manage a client portfolio, through a consultative commercial attitude directed towards proactively enhancing their protection, from a cross-selling, up-selling, retention, and new customer acquisition perspective. Their role also involves collaborating in the revitalization of premium products and the experimentation of innovative products with customers.

We are looking for Sales Consultants for the Greater Lisbon areas.

• Welcome, serve, and advise clients, promoting and selling the Company's products and services through proactive engagement with Clients;
• Proactively manage a client portfolio and implement the strategy for client acquisition and retention, presenting solutions and seeking the completion of sales;
• Enhance cross-selling and up-selling, maximizing the profitability of the portfolio;
• Execute commercial cycles, establishing action plans aimed at achieving defined commercial objectives;
• Collaborate on the implementation of new projects and revitalize new products, acting as the voice of the client in their reception and integration;
• Ensure excellent service and resolution of questions, requests for information, and/or client complaints, and forwarding them to the respective business areas;
• Support the reporting/claim of a loss, as well as the verification of its correct completion and forwarding.
