This is a key position for the commercial success of the Portuguese subsidiary, transforming data into actionable insights and supporting strategic decisions that drive business growth.

What you'll do

The main mission of the role is to provide fact-based information and analysis to increase sales performance, productivity, and commercial execution excellence. Excellent analytical capacity and the ability to synthesize large volumes of information, transforming them into easy-to-understand formats for the Marketing and Sales departments, will be required. The role reports directly to the Country Manager and is integrated into the annual planning and the main commercial and strategic projects of the organization.

Data analysis: management and analysis of sell-in and sell-out sales data. Responsible for the relationship with the hmR and for the management of the annual contract.
Segmentation, Targeting and Compliance: develop and maintain segmentation models and priority customer definitions, ensuring the efficiency of the visit strategy.
CRM Maintenance (Salesforce): ensure the quality, integrity, and completeness of data, including the consumer business area.
Pricing and wholesaler management: support price analyses and the management of warehouse operators and pharmaceutical wholesalers.
Analytical support to the organization: develop ad hoc analyses and ensure the quality of analytical tools and Excel files.
Management support: support the leadership team through analyses and strategic recommendations.

Profile Sought

Analytical mindset with a strong commercial orientation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Advanced Excel user; knowledge of Power BI will be valued.
Experience with Salesforce or another CRM system will be considered an asset.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an analytical and/or commercial role.
High attention to detail and analytical rigor.
Ability to communicate complex conclusions in a simple and clear manner.
Result orientation and continuous improvement.
Fluency in Portuguese and English.
