CTT Store Sales Managers

- Experience and/or a passion for commercial and customer management activities, especially in retail sales, financial, banking, and/or insurance areas.

- A passion for interacting, communicating, and building relationships of trust with customers.

- Educational qualification equivalent to the 12th grade or higher.

- Computer literacy from a user perspective.

- Knowledge of Portuguese and English languages.

CTT is reinforcing its teams of CTT Store Sales Managers nationwide

- Perform customer service activities, responding to their needs and providing appropriate information.

- Develop the operations underlying the activities carried out in CTT stores, particularly regarding financial services (and banking services in stores where applicable), ensuring compliance with established procedures and standards.

- Promote the sale of products and services in stores, identifying customer needs and seeking to introduce them to those that best suit their profile.

- Proactively promote the sale and placement of products and services, seeking new business opportunities.

- Manage the customer portfolio, maximizing business, promoting the cross-selling of products and services, and customer loyalty.

- Actively collaborate in achieving commercial objectives and executing campaigns, with a view to growing the store's overall results.
