As such, we are looking for a person for the position of Fleet Technician, to reinforce our team and support the daily operational management of the company's fleet, ensuring the monitoring of vehicles, records, documentation, deliveries, returns, maintenance, and occurrences, contributing to operational availability, compliance with internal procedures, and the efficiency of the service provided to the teams

• Archiving and organization of fleet documentation, ensuring traceability and compliance with defined procedures.
• Support in the daily monitoring of the fleet and updating the respective records;
• Preparation, delivery, and reception of vehicles, ensuring the completion of applicable checklists;
• Monitoring of maintenance bookings, services, tires, breakdowns, and repairs;
• Recording and forwarding of occurrences, accidents, fines, and administrative requests related to vehicles;
• Support in the management of fuel cards, Via Verde devices, GPS, and vehicle documentation;
• Operational contact with drivers, workshops, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring the correct follow-up of requests;

• Good communication skills with drivers, suppliers, and internal teams
