The role

We are DIGI, one of the leading European telecommunications operators, with over 30 years of experience in Romania and a presence in countries such as Portugal, Spain, Italy, Belgium, and the United Kingdom.

We have been in Portugal since 2021, providing quality TV, internet, voice, and mobile services at fair prices. We believe in the importance of keeping our operations in-house, investing in stable and quality employment.

As such, we are looking for profiles for the D2D Sales Promoter vacancy, to reinforce our team and build a success story with us.

What you'll do

Approach potential customers to promote the Company's products and services;
Explain the benefits of the Company's service packages to potential customers;
Listen to the needs of potential customers and adapt solutions to satisfy their requirements;
Close sales and achieve weekly and monthly objectives;
Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.

What we are looking for

Passion for the sales area and public contact;
Previous training or experience in direct sales or customer service is valued;
Proactive, creative profile with a great capacity for adaptation;
Rigor and Results Orientation;
Motivation and a positive attitude;
Excellent communication and argumentation skills.
Good interpersonal relationships;
Resilience and the ability to work with demanding deadlines;
Critical spirit and willingness to contribute to the solution;
Ability to work with autonomy.
