Administrative Technician - Romanian Speaker

As such, we are looking for a person for the position of Administrative Assistant to reinforce our team and build a success story with us.

If you enjoy customer contact, have good communication skills, and are results-oriented, this could be the right opportunity for you

- Booking accommodation and travel for employees;

- Support for the internal training team;

- Validation and filing of documentation;

- Administrative support to the Corporate area.

- Training in the areas of management, administration, tourism, secretarial studies, and public relations will be an asset.

- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience;

- Good knowledge of Office, particularly Excel;

- Good knowledge of Romanian (mandatory);

- Adaptation to new challenges;

- Teamwork;

- Process organization;

- Easy interpersonal skills;

- Ability to react under pressure;

- Availability to work outside of normal working hours;

- Occupational versatility.
