  • Monthly base salary: €1,150.00
  
  
  • Daily meal allowance: €8.50
  
  
  • Incentive bonus: €115
  
  
  • Night shift pay between 20:00 and 07:00 at 25% of the normal hourly rate
  
  
  • Schedules between 09:00 and 24:00 (rotating morning and afternoon shifts) from Monday to Sunday, with two rotating weekly days off.

We are looking for an organized and dynamic Dispatcher to manage daily transport and fleet operations. You will be the central point of communication between drivers, customers, and the operational team, ensuring efficient deliveries and meeting deadlines.
The company where you will be working is located in Perafita, Porto.

  • Plan and coordinate daily transport routes to optimize time and costs.
  
  
  • Monitor the fleet in real time and respond quickly to unforeseen events on the road.
  
  
  • Assign services and maintain constant communication with drivers.
  
  
  • Be the main contact for customers regarding updates on delivery status.
  
  
  • Record operational data, service reports, and transport documentation.
