Multipurpose Maintenance Technician (M/F/D) - Porto

• Professional experience in building maintenance;
• Experience and basic knowledge in electrical installations (preferred), HVAC, BMS, plumbing, locksmithing, and civil construction;
• Ability to analyze and diagnose faults;
• Proactivity and dynamism in the performance of their functions and tasks;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Computer skills from a user perspective (mandatory);
• Light vehicle driver's license (mandatory);
• Availability to travel within the Northern region of the country.

For this role, the professional to be recruited will be responsible for performing support activities for qualified technicians, as well as tasks of lower technical specificity, in accordance with superior guidance, current procedures, and applicable Quality, Environment, and Safety standards, enabling the performance of the activities contracted with the Client.

Location: Porto (Northern zone of the country).
