What we're looking for
- Higher Education in Distribution and Logistics Management, Industrial Management and Logistics, or similar - these fields of study provide the necessary knowledge regarding supply chains, warehouse management, and demand forecasting techniques;
- Proficiency in Excel - essential for data analysis, report preparation, and stock simulations;
- Analytical and problem-solving skills - the ability to identify patterns, interpret reports, and propose effective solutions is essential to optimize stock levels;
- Dynamism, communication skills, and interpersonal skills - fundamental for negotiating deadlines, resolving unforeseen issues, and ensuring an efficient flow of goods.
Nice to have
- Experience in Stock Management (preferred) - allows for optimizing costs, improving the supply chain, and making strategic decisions based on data;

What you'll do
- Ensure the replenishment of a range of Wells items, guaranteeing efficient management of respective stocks and coverage;
- Ensure interface with different stakeholders in the supply chain (suppliers, warehouse, logistics, stores, commercial management);
- Analyze management indicators daily and make decisions accordingly;
- Plan and ensure the replenishment of promotional activity;
- Manage the regular supply of stores and warehouses.
