HR Business Partner

We are looking for an experienced HRBP with a desire to build. Reporting to the Human Resources Directorate, you will have a transversal role in the management and monitoring of different HR areas, with a direct impact on how the company defines objectives, evaluates performance, and develops its leadership.

• Performance Management: design the model and the evaluation cycle, operationalize the cascading of objectives, train management, and monitor execution and indicators, promoting a culture of feedback and recognition.

• HR Policies: draft, communicate, and update policies and procedures that ensure legal compliance and reflect our employee value proposition.

• Employee Experience and Culture: contribute to the definition and activation of the EVP, care for the organizational culture, and promote a positive and consistent experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

• Projects: monitor the HR project portfolio, prepare reports, and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.

• Team: guide junior profiles and promote the standardization of processes, focusing on the quality of the experience delivered.

• Leadership: advise management on the application of policies and on people management topics, supporting them as ambassadors of the culture and the EVP.

You will lead the implementation of our performance management model, develop HR policies, and support project management and the growth of the People Management team.

• Experience in generalist HR or as an HRBP.

• Proven experience in the implementation of performance evaluation systems.

• Project management skills.

• Ability to influence and comfort working side-by-side with management and leadership.

• Ease with technologies (HRIS).

• Fluent English.
