Senior Development and Project Management Engineer

We are looking for a Development Engineer to act as a Project Manager to join our Product Development / Mechanical team and take on a central role in the development of our UAVs and respective systems. The professional will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of autonomous systems projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budget, and technical requirements. We are looking for a profile capable of managing small teams and articulating effectively with different areas, promoting a culture of technical rigor, innovation, and continuous improvement.

• Coordinate the complete project lifecycle, from requirements definition to final delivery;

• Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and budgets;

• Ensure coordination between multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, electronic, software), production, and operations;

• Monitor technical development, including drawing reviews and support for junior engineers;

• Monitor project progress, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions;

• Create and optimize internal processes and technical documentation (internal and for clients);

• Manage suppliers and external partners, ensuring quality and compliance with deadlines;

• Promote good project management practices and continuous improvement;

• Support the integration, testing, and validation of systems in critical development phases.
