Requirements
What we're looking for
- Higher education in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management, or a similar field;
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience;
- Experience in the design and development of training content and materials;
- Ease in interpersonal relationships, communication, and working with different stakeholders;
- Capacity for organization, autonomy, and priority management;
- Availability for travel and monitoring of operations.

The role
Grupo Ibersol is looking to strengthen its Human Resources team with an HR Business Partner to support the Travel business. Join us!
What you'll do
- Support the Travel business management teams in People management processes, namely recruitment and selection, onboarding, mobility, and performance;
- Identify training needs, design specific training programs and content for the Travel business, adjusted to the reality of the operation, and ensure the implementation of the Group's transversal training;
- Support management teams in the development and retention of Employees, promoting their professional evolution;
- Monitor key Human Resources indicators and ensure the implementation of the Group's policies, processes, and projects, in coordination with the different specialized areas.
