We are looking for a Business Manager with some professional experience, a proactive spirit, and an interest in the areas of people management and business development.

• Support the management and monitoring of consultant teams, contributing to their development
• Collaborate in the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes of employees
• Support business development initiatives, including prospecting and client relationship management
• Contribute to a culture of excellence, commitment, and continuous evolution

• Higher education in Social Sciences, Management, Information Technology, or similar areas
• Previous professional experience, preferably in roles related to management, human resources, people management, or business development
• Good communication, organization, and interpersonal relationship skills
• Interest in the areas of management, people, and business development
• Proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented spirit
• Fluency in Portuguese and English
• Willingness to learn, take on new challenges, and evolve in the technology sector
