Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in five-star or luxury hospitality;
  • Proven experience in managing groups and events, from the sales phase to operational coordination;
  • Good knowledge of contracting, invoicing, deposits, and cancellation policies;
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and fluent English, both spoken and written;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and hotel management systems, with experience in Protel being preferred;
  • Excellent capacity for organization, planning, and priority management;
  • Rigor, attention to detail, and ease in working with high standards of excellence;
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills;
  • Team spirit, autonomy, and ability to work under pressure;
  • Availability and flexibility to attend events when necessary.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of other languages will be valued;

We are looking for a Groups and Events Sales Promoter (M/F/D) to join our Company's Sales Department.

What you'll do

  • Manage requests for groups, meetings, social events, corporate events, and weddings;
  • Prepare proposals, quotes, contracts, proformas, and service orders;
  • Follow up on the entire sales process, from the initial request to post-event;
  • Conduct site inspections and meetings with clients and agencies;
  • Ensure compliance with confirmation, payment, and cancellation deadlines;
  • Ensure a complete and rigorous handover of information to the operational teams.
