What you'll do
- Coordinate event preparation, from setup to teardown.
- Organize and supervise operational teams, ensuring that every person knows what they have to do.
- Be present at the event venue, ensuring operational support and coordination with the sales team.
- Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Occupational Health requirements.
- Perform the event closing, collect information, and support the analysis of results.
