Attend to and advise the customer during the purchasing process in the assigned area, applying sales techniques and ensuring the presentation of the space, in order to achieve the qualitative and quantitative objectives established by the Company.

Main duties and requirements.

Check the availability of the assortment in your area, restock products, and communicate replenishment needs to avoid stockouts of high-turnover items.

Perform sales, payment, return, and order processing operations according to established procedures, in order to guarantee transaction accuracy and service agility.

Maintain the layout, signage, pricing, and organization of the area according to defined criteria, in order to guarantee correct information to the customer and the commercial appeal of the space.

Carry out after-sales follow-up with the customer to verify their satisfaction and resolve any issues, in order to promote repeat purchases and loyalty.

Propose complementary products and services suitable for the identified needs, in order to increase the average purchase value and customer loyalty.

Attend to and advise the customer on the area's assortment, providing information on features, price, and alternatives, in order to guide their purchasing decision and achieve the assigned sales target.
