Team Leader (M/F/D) - World of Wine

The World of Wine (WOW) is one of Portugal's largest attractions, bringing together entertainment experiences, restaurants and bars, as well as spaces for events and temporary exhibitions. Located along the banks of the Douro River, in Vila Nova de Gaia, WOW combines entertainment, gastronomy and unique experiences in a landmark space.

• Coordinate, organize and, whenever necessary, execute all tasks related to the restaurant service;
• Ensure compliance with product and service quality standards;
• Ensure that all spaces are always in an excellent state of conservation, clean, and prepared to receive our customers;
• Ensure quality service to customers, including interaction with them, answering their questions and handling their complaints effectively;
• Support the coordination of human resources assigned to the restaurant, distributing tasks among different team members according to the specificities of the service, maintaining a culture of open communication;
• Monitor team performance and provide the respective information and reports;
• Control and execute periodic inventories.
