• Implement the People strategy in the area of responsibility, ensuring alignment between business objectives and people management;
• Act as a strategic partner to management teams, supporting decision-making in matters related to people and organization;
• Manage the People process cycle, including Salary Review, Performance Evaluation, Talent Mapping, and KPI monitoring;
• Develop and implement talent attraction, retention, and development initiatives, promoting a positive experience throughout the employee lifecycle;
• Identify training and development needs, proposing and monitoring training plans aligned with business needs;
• Promote internal mobility and career development, enhancing people's growth and talent retention;
• Analyze People indicators, monitoring results and implementing continuous improvement actions;
• Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal policies, ensuring rigorous management of Human Resources processes;
• Manage the People area budget, ensuring the efficient use of available resources;
• Monitor temporary work management processes, team sizing, contract management, and supplier relationships;
• Promote Occupational Health and Safety initiatives and contribute to a safe and healthy working environment;
• Mediate interpersonal relationships and support conflict management, promoting a positive and collaborative organizational climate;
• Be a trusted reference for leaders and employees, promoting a culture centered on people, proximity, and continuous development.
