What we're looking for

Higher education in Management;
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in similar roles: commercial management and/or product development;
High capacity for organization and planning;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, namely, Excel;
Strong analytical, strategic, negotiation, and communication skills;
Proficiency in the English language (and Spanish - valued);
Knowledge of the health industry and retail experience (valued);
Ability to think "Out of the box" with strategic consistency;
A liking for teamwork and good interpersonal relationship skills;
Dynamism and proactivity;
Availability for occasional travel.

What you'll do

Track and monitor performance indicators and commercial management of the categories;
Support the product development process;
Help in identifying opportunities for new product lines;
Provide support in the research and identification of market innovations and trends;
Assist in defining the objectives and strategies for the long-term growth of the brands and products under your responsibility;
Support national and international procurement and sourcing;
Provide support for commercial involvement and coordination with different stakeholders, namely: external suppliers, stocks, marketing, operations, and quality.
