Business Management Trainee

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management or similar
• Advanced level of English, both written and oral
• Knowledge in MS Office Pack (Excel, PowerPoint)

• As a Business Management Trainee, you will work directly with the Business Management Officer within the HR People and Systems department. This role provides essential support to the HR People and Systems Manager and the wider department, offering a transversal view of daily HR operations and activities

• Reporting and Data Management: Execute weekly and monthly tasks, including data extraction, processing (Excel), and the preparation of reports for key stakeholders
• Data Integrity: Perform regular data controls to ensure that information held within our systems is accurate, reliable, and strictly aligned with internal policies and regulatory standards
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a central point of contact for internal teams, facilitating seamless communication and ensuring timely responses to inquiries
• Management Support: Assist in developing high-quality presentations (PowerPoint) to support strategic management meetings
• Systems and Vendor Management: Support the administration of local tools used by the HR People and Systems department and coordinate effectively with relevant service providers
• Project Management and Continuous Improvement: Contribute to transversal projects and assist in implementing process enhancements to drive departmental efficiency
• Ad-hoc Support: Provide agile support for emerging topics and special assignments from the Business Management Officer or Department Manager, demonstrating adaptability in a dynamic environment
