People & Culture Internship

We have 13 stores spread across Portugal, and each one has a Human Resources department – People & Culture.

After the selection process is completed, you may join the store that best adapts to your personal situation.

Your responsibilities will be quite generalist and will be directly linked to the daily management of the People & Culture department:

• Collaborate in the recruitment processes for store assistants, following company procedures.
• Support the implementation of a training culture in-store and drive internal promotion processes.
• Provide support for the administrative management of the department.
• Help the HR manager ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety standards in the store.

• Be currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Management, or Labor Relations (with expected completion near the end of the internship), or a master's degree in Human Resources.
• Possibility of establishing an internship agreement with a recognized educational institution.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and IT tools.
• Good communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• We value knowledge or experience in Recruitment, Occupational Health and Safety, Training, and Performance Appraisal.

• 6-month internship with a support grant.
