You don't wait for the candidate to appear. You post advertisements on recruitment sources and go looking for talent wherever they are.

The Perfect "Match": Of course you have the help of AI, but it is also part of your role to verify CV screening and contact candidates to identify not only technical skills, but also the right personality for each role.

The Candidate's Voice: You share your feedback about candidates and help in the decision-making process.

The Point of Reference: You follow "your" workers from day 1. You are the point of contact for questions, ensuring they feel integrated and heard.

Requirements

You have training in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field. If you already have experience, great. If not, your willingness to learn must compensate.

You are a Natural Communicator: you know how to adapt your speech. You can speak with the same naturalness to a director or to a factory operator.

You master IT tools with your eyes closed. Technology does not scare you; it accelerates you. You are a regular user of AI.

You can switch between an interview and a rigorous Excel sheet without losing your thread. Attention to detail is crucial.
