• Team Management and Training - You will be responsible for managing and motivating the team, ensuring that each member is prepared and aligned with the store's objectives. From selection and initial training to continuous monitoring and evaluation, you will support the professional development of the team, promoting their engagement and creating an environment of collaboration and support. Your mission will be to train a committed team focused on customer satisfaction and the success of the store.
• Customer Focus - Our mission is to offer a unique and high-quality shopping experience, and the Store Manager's role is fundamental to ensuring that every customer leaves satisfied. You will implement strategies that reinforce excellent service, promoting a proactive sales culture with a focus on customer needs. • Implementation of Communication and Visual Merchandising Strategies - The presentation and atmosphere of the store are essential to the customer experience. You will apply our communication and visual merchandising strategy, ensuring that the store is attractive and organized in a way that facilitates shopping and enhances products. You will also be responsible for adapting promotional campaigns and creating inspiring layouts that reinforce the note! identity and promote products effectively.
• Monitoring Business Indicators and Promoting Results - Efficient management implies closely following key performance indicators, such as sales volume, inventory levels, and customer satisfaction. You will monitor these KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and define strategies and actions to optimize store results. You will be an active part in developing plans to achieve sales objectives, reduce waste, and maximize store profitability.
• Compliance with Company Processes and Procedures - note! possesses standards of excellence and rigor that guarantee a quality experience for our customers. Part of your responsibility will be to ensure that all company processes and procedures are followed consistently, from stock reception and management to the implementation of health and safety standards at work. You will be the guardian of compliance with company standards, promoting an organized, safe environment in accordance with note! policies.
