Food Safety & Audit Trainee

• Knowledge of HACCP, risk management, and Food Safety;
• Knowledge of Excel and Data Analytics tools;
• Capacity for critical analysis and interpretation of complex information;
• Strong sense of responsibility, professional ethics, and impartiality;
• Good written and verbal communication skills;
• Dynamic, autonomous, confident profile oriented towards problem-solving;
• Curiosity and interest in the continuous updating of technical knowledge;
• Driver's license and availability for frequent travel within the national territory.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Food Engineering, Microbiology, Agronomic Engineering, Zootechnical Engineering, Nutrition, or other Engineering fields;

• Perform internal Food Safety audits across the different food areas of the business;
• Identify risks and opportunities for improvement and propose corrective actions that promote operational excellence;
• Provide consultancy and technical support to teams, ensuring compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements;
• Evaluate the implementation and effectiveness of self-control systems and HACCP plans;
• Analyze Food Safety data and indicators, producing recommendations that support decision-making;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, promoting a culture of prevention, rigor, and safety;
• Collaborate with different stakeholders and business areas, ensuring clear and constructive communication.
