• Ensure excellent and personalized service to all customers, assisting them in product selection and providing detailed information about the store's offering.
• Perform cash register operations efficiently and rigorously, including openings, closings, and reconciliations, ensuring the correct management of funds.
• Proceed with the reception, checking, and arrangement of goods, ensuring the organization and correct display of products in the sales area.
• Keep the store organized, clean, and appealing, following the company's merchandising guidelines to optimize the customer shopping experience.
• Manage store stock, participating in inventory and identifying replenishment needs, to ensure constant product availability.
• Support the execution of tastings and promotional events, contributing to the store's dynamism and customer loyalty.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities, always seeking to maximize sales value and customer satisfaction.

• Proven experience in customer service or sales roles, preferably in the retail sector (beverages will be valued).
• Availability to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, according to the store's needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create empathy with customers.
• Customer and results orientation, with proactivity in approach and situation resolution.
• Basic computer skills from a user perspective and familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems.
• Ability to work in a team, demonstrating flexibility and a spirit of mutual support.
• Residence in the Tavira area or surrounding areas, with ease of commuting to the workplace.
• Liking and interest in the world of beverages, with a willingness to learn and deepen knowledge about the store's offering.
