• Higher academic education in the areas of Management, Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or similar areas;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel;
• Critical thinking and strong analytical capacity;
• Excellent capacity for organization, planning, and priority management;
• Good communication skills and ease of interpersonal relationships;
• High sense of responsibility, rigor, and attention to detail;
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Orientation towards results and the continuous improvement of processes;
• Proactivity, dynamism, and spirit of initiative;
• Ability to adapt to dynamic and constantly evolving contexts;
  Enjoyment of teamwork and collaboration with different stakeholders.
