Shop Assistant (M/F/X)

• Proven experience in customer service and sales roles, preferably in the food or beverage sector.
• Solid knowledge of wines, spirits, and/or gourmet products will be valued.
• Fluency in the Portuguese language (mandatory) and knowledge of English (preferred) for communication with international customers.
• Customer orientation, with strong communication skills and friendliness.
• Dynamism, proactivity, and the ability to work in a team, with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
• Availability to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Driver's license and own vehicle (preferred) for commuting to the workplace.

• Personalized and proactive customer service, clarifying doubts about products and offering solutions suitable to their needs.
• Specialized advice on wines, liqueurs, olive oils, and other gourmet products, contributing to customer loyalty.
• Stock management, including receipt of goods, warehouse organization, and product replenishment in the sales area.
• Cash register operation, payment processing, and cash closing, ensuring the accuracy of transactions.
• Maintenance of an organized and clean store, ensuring a welcoming and visually appealing environment for customers.
• Active participation in promotional campaigns and tasting events, promoting the store's products and attracting new customers.
• Resolution of complaints or unforeseen situations with customers in a professional and effective manner, always seeking their satisfaction.
