• Previous professional experience in payroll and/or HR administrative management roles (preferred);
• Good knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processing (preferred);
• Knowledge of Excel and familiarity with HR management tools (valued).

We are looking for a Payroll Technician to join our People team in Matosinhos, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou.

This role is essential to ensure excellence in employee lifecycle management, ensuring data processing and integrity, as well as the rigorous execution of payroll processing.

• Manage and monitor the employee lifecycle (onboarding, contractual and organizational changes, contract termination, etc.);
• Provide support to internal stakeholders on topics related to payroll processing, employment contracts, benefits, and other HR administrative matters;
• Execute payroll processing rigorously and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal procedures;
• Monitor the processes under your responsibility, proposing improvements based on critical analysis and concrete data;
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Finance and Legal) whenever necessary.
