• Assist and replace the Store Manager in leading the team and preserving standards
• Be a role model, capable of engaging the customer in an experience of excellence and teach your team to deliver it consistently

• Provide on-the-spot feedback, celebrating success
• You will lead the team in the meticulous presentation of the store, displaying the implementation of visual merchandising standards that are aligned with the Sports Direct brand
• Your role will be fundamental to achieving results and exceeding defined objectives, taking the store's performance to its maximum potential.
• Lead the team to ensure efficiency, always following best practices to support the achievement of commercial objectives and brand awareness.
