The role

As Section Manager (full-time) for the Sport Zone Mar Shopping store, you will be responsible for managing the store team, focusing on increasing sales and maximizing store profitability by providing excellent service. Additionally, you will work to exceed your store's KPIs, complying with company procedures and policies and representing Sport Zone in the most professional manner.

What you'll do

Customer Experience

Offer excellent customer service.
Manage and present the best solutions for questions and complaints presented by customers.
Ensure that the team presents themselves according to company policies.
Perform periodic observation sheets with the team, both on the sales floor and at the checkout, providing subsequent feedback to continue improving and ensuring the customer service guidelines and procedures defined by the company.
Ensure the achievement of objectives and exceed them.
Monitor the service offered by the team, maximizing store sales.
Ensure the use of all resources and services in the store, making all available products available to the customer.
Use reports for the correct display of the best-selling product lines.
Use visual merchandising techniques to attract, engage, and motivate customers to shop in the store.
Help in maintaining company standards in the store.
Keep stock clean and organized at all times.
Promote the personal and professional development of the team.
Help with the onboarding and training of new team members.
Assist in the development of current team members, ensuring they complete all relevant courses.

Requirements

Experience in a similar role is valued.
Excellent time management skills.
Good oral and written communication skills.
