• Team motivation and development: you will support the Store Manager and other Section Managers in leading the team;

• Process optimization and management: you will be responsible for implementing the store concept and for achieving store indicator objectives;

• Analysis and monitoring of indicators: you will be responsible for a store area and will support all store sections. You will perform the analysis and monitoring of your area's indicators, with a view to efficient cost management;
