What it is like to be Area Fleet Sales Manager

-Ensures the development of sales activity in dealerships and in the Fleet and Business Customer segment, ensuring the achievement of defined objectives for Retail and Corporate;

-Actively participates in the negotiation process of the annual registration budgets for each dealership and in the planning of volumes destined for fleets, key accounts, and professional customers;

-Monitors the commercial activity of the dealerships, including B2B opportunities, business partnerships, and fleet electrification projects;

-Also monitors the operational marketing activities of each dealership, integrating actions dedicated to the Corporate and Fleet segment;

-Promotes the integration and consolidation of the Brand in its area of operation, reinforcing the presence of BYD in the business market and in electrified fleets;

-Defines action, improvement, and sales revitalization plans, both for private customers and for business customers;

-Ensures the budget execution of the dealerships (new and used) and the fulfillment of specific fleet and B2B targets;

-Ensures the application of the Brand's quality policy at all touchpoints with Retail, Fleet, and Corporate customers;

-Optimizes the network structure, infrastructure, human resources, and financial resources, ensuring responsiveness to the business market and fleet requirements;

-Provides feedback to the various operational areas of the Brand — distribution, marketing, sales, after-sales, and quality — including strategic insights on the fleet and business mobility segment.
