The role
Welcome to the Caetano universe. We are the organization that brings together the Salvador Caetano companies dedicated to automotive distribution and repair, with a strong presence in Portugal and Spain. What is it like to be a Parts Clerk?
What you'll do
- Coordinate orders and prepare parts shipments for customers and for the workshop
- Check and verify supplier orders
- Place order requests for stock replenishment and to meet existing needs
- Participate in performing warehouse inventories
- Enter material into the computer system and invoice the material used by the workshop
- Participate in the analysis and validation of parts order suggestions issued by the computer system
- Archive documentation, keeping price lists and technical documentation updated
- You master digital tools that support the activity
- Is resilient, autonomous, and organized
