- Ensure the administrative activities of the after-sales area

- Be responsible for service invoicing

- Manage the opening of OR’s

- Organize existing processes

- Provide support for customer service at the reception

- Be punctual, responsible, and organized

- Demonstrate proactivity and the ability to work in a team
