Maintenance Team Leader (m/f/d)

• 12th grade or technical training in the areas of Mechanics, Electricity, Electromechanics, or similar
• Experience in industrial maintenance
• Experience in team coordination or leadership
• Knowledge of corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Orientation towards safety, quality, and continuous improvement

• Lead, guide, and develop a maintenance team, promoting the technical and professional growth of its members
• Organize and monitor corrective and preventive maintenance activities
• Support the team in the analysis and resolution of breakdowns, promoting root cause identification
• Monitor performance indicators and implement continuous improvement actions
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Develop and support employees, promoting the continuous improvement of team skills
• Report occurrences, results, and improvement opportunities to management
